The team is made up of several roles, including Organisers, Mentors, Deputies, and Super Deputies. Each role serves a specific purpose and plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the community. The Organisers are responsible for planning and executing community events, such as meetups and WordCamps. They ensure that everything runs smoothly and that attendees have a great experience. Mentors, on the other hand, are seasoned community members who help WordCamp organisers acclimate to the community and answer any questions they may have. Deputies are community members who have been appointed by the team leads to help manage the community. They play a crucial role in supporting the Organisers and Mentors and keeping everything running smoothly. The Super Deputy role is reserved for those who have shown exceptional dedication and leadership within the community.…
