NextGen WordPress Events are the evolution of traditional WordPress gatherings. They aim to spark innovation and adoption through accessible training and networking for users, builders, designers, and extenders. These events celebrate the community by accelerating 21st-century skills, professional opportunities, and partnerships for WordPress enthusiasts of today and tomorrow. Additionally, NextGen events should be doable (not requiring too great an effort by organizers), replicable, scalable, and desirable for attendees. Why NextGen? The WordPress community is ever-evolving. With challenges like organizer burnout, increasing costs, and the need for more diverse event formats, the NextGen initiative was born. These events may be curated for specific audiences, focus on particular content topics, and offer a variety of engaging formats. Upcoming NextGen Events WordCamp (NextGen Event) Tegal – October 22, 2023: This one-day “Scale Up” workshop in Tegal, Indonesia will focus on enhancing participants’ WordPress skills for the enterprise world. Approximately 50 local WordPress enthusiasts will gather to learn from four experienced WordPress experts who will serve as mentors and facilitators.
