Monthly Deputy / Organizer Training and Mini Sprints
We are planning to run a Zoom call every month for the Deputy Training and a mini-sprint to work on any tasks that deputies handle. The idea is to provide continuous training to deputies and to work together on the issues that require collaboration and discussion. The Zoom call will be an hour-long, and we will provide training on a variety of topics that deputies need to know. We will also work on any tasks that require collaboration and discussion. This will be a great opportunity for deputies to get the training they need and to work together on issues that are important to the department. Objective The objective of this training and sprints is to provide continuous training to community deputies and to work together on the issues that require collaboration and discussions. This will involve meetup and local chapter organizers in selected sessions for training and coaching. The goal is to provide deputies with the skills and knowledge they need to be effective leaders in their communities and to help meetup and local chapter organizers learn how to work together to resolve issues.
