Announcing the 2023 Community Team Goals
Based on feedback and conversation, we have narrowed down the submitted ideas into three goals for 2023. Create resources to improve our Contributor Event experience. Expand our contributor training and support. Improve processes and workflows within the community team to work more efficiently, effectively, and transparently together. Individual projects can be found on the Community team Trello board and you are welcome to claim one as your own. Many of those projects fall under these three areas of focus. If there is a particular goal you are interested in working on, but there isn’t currently a project that fits you, let the team know. We will work together to find a way that you can contribute toward that goal. If you have any questions or concerns about these goals, share them. We’re happy to discuss it with you.
